Any item that is returned within 14 days after delivery will be eligible for $25 restocking fee.
If you decide to return an item within the 14 day return window, we will deduct $25 restocking fee from the amount you have paid if there was no sellers fault.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and original condition with no damage or missing parts.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning a unit for exchange/replacement, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Warranty Disclaimer:
You will be responsible for any damage to the unit by rooting the Android software and do any unauthorized firmware updates without the permission of Android Aftershock or Merryway Technicians. Any of these actions will void the warranty of the unit.
Your new Android unit has a 1 year manufacturer warranty for repair/replacement. If there are any issues with your new unit after the 14 day period for exchange, you will need to send the unit back to the manufacturer for repair. Your unit will be replaced if it can’t be repaired.
